Aline Clarke knows firsthand what financial stress, uncertainty, and starting over feel like. After immigrating to the United States from Africa, she had to navigate a completely new culture, language, and financial system without guidance or financial education. Like many women, she made painful money mistakes that eventually led to financial hardship.

But instead of staying stuck, Aline rebuilt her life and finances step by step. Today, she helps women take control of their credit, money, and future with clarity, confidence, and intention. Alongside her three sisters at Green Wealth Legacy, she teaches practical financial strategies that empower women to create lasting stability and generational wealth.

Outside of coaching, Aline enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and embracing the moments that keep life grounded and meaningful.

This is my Story

As the youngest of six girls, I grew up in a culture that silenced individuality and left me believing I was a nuisance. That belief followed me for years, showing up as negative self-talk, perfectionism, and using money to mask feelings of unworthiness. When my family immigrated to America, we also faced the challenge of navigating a new culture and economy with very little financial knowledge.

But here’s the truth: no matter where I came from, the hardest work wasn’t learning the numbers—it was learning how to heal my relationship with myself and with money. That inner work is what reshaped my financial life and sparked my passion for helping women break free from the same cycles. Now, alongside my sisters, I help women do the same: rewrite their money stories, align their finances with their values, and finally feel confident and in control.

When I’m not working on empowering women with their finances, you’ll find me on a fitness adventure, loving on my niece and nephews or cooking something yummy which helps me stay grounded and balanced in both life and work.

Josee is a Financial Confidence Coach and co-founder of Green Wealth Legacy, where she helps women create realistic money plans that support the life they truly want to live, not just survive.

Her work focuses on the connection between budgeting, mindset, and emotional well-being, helping women build financial habits that feel sustainable, empowering, and aligned with their lifestyle and responsibilities. Through practical guidance and transformational conversations, she teaches women how to approach money with clarity, confidence, and self-trust instead of guilt, fear, or overwhelm.

Alongside her sisters, Josee has helped create a community where women feel seen, heard, and supported in their financial journey while learning how to manage money with confidence, intention, and purpose.

This is my Story

Growing up, I didn’t really understand how to manage money, and for years, I found myself stuck in a cycle of financial stress ( carrying high interest debt, loans, unable to keep up with savings) . I didn't know much about budgeting, but I knew I had to start tracking my finances and figuring out what wasn’t working. That realization was the turning point for me. I decided to break free from the mess I was in, take control of my money, and create a life I could truly enjoy.

Now, I’ve made it my mission to help women do the same. I believe every woman deserves to live life on her own terms, and I’m here to guide you to financial freedom and confidence just like I did for myself. Let’s transform your finances and create the life you’ve always dreamed of!

When I’m not coaching, I often find myself watching my favorite movies or involved in volunteer work, a personal escape that helps me maintain perspective and keep my energy flowing.
